List of Verizon LTE Markets – 4G Plans from Verizon

Verizon is officially launching it’s LTE (Long Term Evolution – aka – 4G) network in 38 markets Dec 5, 2010.   Coverage will also be in 60 airports so you’ll have high speed access while traveling.

Of course, it doesn’t matter that much since the first LTE (4G) Verizon phones aren’t expected to launch until 2011.   You can get on Verizon’s notification list so you’ll learn about new 4G devices as soon as they’re launched.

So far the only pricing that has been announced at the 4G modems for laptops  - they’ll run $49.99 for 5GB and $79.99 for 10GB with a 10GB overage rate on both plans.

Verizon says they expect to cover 2/3 of the country by the end of 2012 with full Nationwide 4G coverage by 2013.
