		<description>Most of these apps run in the background meaning that the person who took it won&#039;t be aware that tracking has been initiated.  However, if they know enough to look through the phone for those apps, they can uninstall and disable them meaning tracking the phone will no longer be possible.  

However, if the thief simply turns off the GPS antenna, these apps simply turn GPS back on.</description>
